Welcome to dyanleather.com (the “Site”), operated by DDG Design Studio Inc. (“Dyan Leather,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Samples
Because samples are low-cost cuttings provided for evaluation, all sample sales are final and samples are not returnable. However, we stand behind every order:
- If your samples arrive damaged or defective, or if your order is lost in transit or we shipped the wrong item, contact us at contact@dyanleather.com within [X — e.g., 14] days of delivery (a photo helps for damage claims) and we will replace the items or refund your order — your choice.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the issue was our error (wrong item, defective product).
Order Cancellations
- In-stock sample orders can be cancelled if they have not yet shipped — contact us as soon as possible.
- Lead-time samples that are already in preparation cannot be cancelled.
Full-Size and Custom Orders
Full-size products and project quantities are made to order and are governed by the terms of your individual quote or agreement. Custom and made-to-order items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has begun, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
