Welcome to dyanleather.com (the “Site”), operated by DDG Design Studio Inc. (“Dyan Leather,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the Site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, or use automated tools to scrape or copy Site content.

All content on the Site — including photography, images, text, product names, collection names, logos, and design — is the property of Dyan Leather or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Designers and members of the press may request image usage by contacting contact@dyanleather.com.

The Site offers leather samples for purchase online. Full-size products, custom orders, and project quantities are quoted individually — contact us to discuss your project. Product descriptions, dimensions, and specifications are provided in good faith and are approximate; see our Product & Sample Disclaimer for important information about natural material variation.

Sample orders are processed through our secure checkout (Snipcart) with payment handled by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing error. You will receive an order confirmation by email; if payment cannot be completed, the order is cancelled and no charge is made.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Shipping charges are shown at checkout and are paid at the time of order.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

By subscribing to our mailing list you consent to receive periodic emails from Dyan Leather. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Subscriber data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Leather is a natural material; see the Product & Sample Disclaimer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dyan Leather shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a sample order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold Dyan Leather harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
