Every hide is unique. Variations in grain, texture, markings, and shade are inherent characteristics of genuine leather — not defects. These natural differences are part of what makes each installation one of a kind.

Samples accurately represent the collection, finish, and general character of the material, but the product you receive may vary from your sample in shade and grain. Dye lots vary between production runs. For large or color-critical projects, we recommend requesting current samples close to your order date and discussing dye-lot consistency with us before ordering.

We photograph our products carefully, but colors displayed on screens vary by device and settings. Images on the Site and in our communications are for reference; the sample in your hand is the true reference.

Dimensions, thicknesses, and other specifications listed on the Site are approximate and may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances. The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Leather is a natural material; see the Product & Sample Disclaimer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dyan Leather shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a sample order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold Dyan Leather harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
