Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Costs

All content on the Site — including photography, images, text, product names, collection names, logos, and design — is the property of Dyan Leather or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Designers and members of the press may request image usage by contacting contact@dyanleather.com.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you; reshipping costs apply.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time after the tracking shows shipment, contact us at contact@dyanleather.com within 14 days and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
